COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, Charleston is mask mandatory! We want everyone to be safe before, during and after our wedding, so please bring a mask with you. If you do feel ill, please let us know and stay home as we do not want to spread the virus and we want to keep everyone safe! XOXO

- Edmunds Oast Brewery: this place one of our favorite beers, their PB&J
- Pearlz: If you haven’t been to Charleston before, an oyster shooter is a traditional shot offered at any one of the many seafood restaurants.

West Ashley:
- Pearlz: good house beer and seafood, and famous Oyster Shots
- Voodoo: good late night drinks and late night tacos (the hamburger and duck tacos are amazing, and their tater tots)

- The Roost: Katherine’s old stomping grounds, usually has a live band
Johns Island:
- Low Tide Brewery: Stephanie and Joe turned Justin on here with their Pineapple Beer (and it’s next to Wild Olive)
We love margaritas too, but everywhere has good ones!!
Favorite Things To Do
We are usually on the water but when we are on land we like to:
Downtown:
- Go to the farmers market in Marion Square Saturday morning. There are a ton of fun vendors and many places to get breakfast.
- Walk down to Riverfront Park and take pictures near the big pineapple fountain (where Megan and Landon got engaged).
- Go admire the beautiful Rainbow Row and the Battery.
- Take a carriage tour or ghost tour! It is an easy way to see the city in an hour and you get a really interesting history lesson.
- Walk up and down King Street and shop the stores!
West Ashley:
- Angel Oak Tree — it is on the way from the Church to Old Wide Awake Park (reception venue). The tree is estimated to be in excess of 400-500 years old, stands 66.5 ft. tall, measures 28 ft. in circumference, and produces shade that covers 17,200 square ft. Some contend that it is 1,500 years old.
